In 2006, Diane joined the team as a licensed REALTOR®.

Diane was already a well-known face around the office, starting as a part-time receptionist at the age of 14. Eventually, she became the full-time receptionist and conveyancing secretary for RE/MAX Penticton Realty. As a result, Diane now has a comprehensive knowledge of the legal and paperwork aspects of real estate, with particular experience in contract writing and enforceability.

While studying to be a REALTOR®, Diane worked as a customer liaison for a residential condo developer, helping buyers arrange custom alterations to their homes. This on-site experience in multi-unit construction gave Diane to a thorough understanding of development, large project marketing, and the construction industry. Diane also has a strong appreciation (okay, let’s call it love) for things with vintage charm. This gives her a keen eye for character properties, old homes with original details, and diamonds-in-the-rough just begging for restoration.

Born and bred on Penticton’s Naramata bench, Diane grew up enjoying the family pastimes of equestrian competition and downhill skiing. She loves to spend her free time flying down the hills at Apex in the winter. Summertime finds her running along the KVR, learning to sail or paddleboarding on the lake with friends, or cruising around town on her vintage bike. Diane’s other passion is travel: she has backpacked across many countries and is happily working through her long list of places to visit. Diane and her husband own and farm a vineyard acreage on her beloved Naramata bench.

Stephen joined the Fox & Fox team as a REALTOR® in 2016.

Although he has always had a hand in the family business, regularly managing renovation-and-resale projects, Stephen previously enjoyed a long and varied tenure with the City of Penticton. His active lifestyle and outgoing personality initially led him to a job at the Recreation Centre, but he was ultimately drawn to a career with the Engineering department, working as a surveyor. Stephen’s expertise in this field has been an immeasurable asset for his real estate clients, as he has a comprehensive knowledge of residential and municipal construction.

Stephen lives with his family in Kaleden, and is very involved in the tight-knit community. Serving as lieutenant with the town’s volunteer fire department, he has had the chance to build relationships with his neighbours and pursue the commitment to service that the Fox family so strongly believes in. In his spare time, Stephen can be found outside! He loves to garden and to explore this beautiful region, hiking, mountain biking, camping, and paddleboarding with his children.

Philip joined Fox & Fox as a REALTOR® in 2002.

Growing up on the Naramata Bench helped Phil cultivate a love of sports and the outdoors. He’s also always been interested in history and in aviation– he’s even taken flying lessons! Like Len, Phil rode horses and competed as a member of the Canadian National Equestrian team for endurance racing, as well as three-day eventing. This passion took the family (and their horse trailer) all over North America, collecting amazing experiences and awards. Phil’s interests also extend to winter sports, and Apex is his mountain of choice. As a skier and a snowboarder, Phil has logged countless hours on the hill.

Phil’s varied experiences in the ring and on the slope have helped him hone his skills as a REALTOR®. When he was young, he worked at the Apex Mountain Shop, testing out all the latest winter equipment, living at the ski hill, and developing his keen talent for sales and for working with clients to find the right fit. Phil also spent a few summers working in construction, giving him significant insight into the challenges and rewards of building a dream home. His familiarity with new construction and home design is a great plus for buyers interested in finding turnkey properties with all of the bells and whistles.

In his spare time, Phil loves to play golf and ride horses, though he’s often found on his snowboard on the hill. Phil and his wife, Jenn, love to go wine tasting, enjoy the many great patios around the Valley, and explore the beautiful Okanagan outdoors with their young son, Mason.
