Len Fox*

The team started way back in 1981 when Len Fox Realtor, former engineer at the City of Penticton, got into Real Estate. His background in City planning and Civil Engineering has always been, and continues to be a tremendous resource and wealth of unique knowledge that many clients over the years have reaped the benefits of.

Originally a Calgary boy, Len took his degree at the University of Calgary. He then ran a cattle ranch while he worked for the City of Calgary as the Manager of Urban Development. Although he loves to visit family and old friends in Alberta, he wouldn't move back there from BC for anything. He's the first one to tell any buyers from Alberta, "spend one winter here, and you won't want to leave, spend a summer and you never will". Len's real estate career has had him see all kinds of different products, changes in the market both highs and lows and the good, the bad and the ugly of it all.

Back in 1991 he bought into the franchise of RE/MAX Penticton Realty, which he then took over fully and still owns and operates today. RE/MAX has since then been a huge part of our business' profile and success as it is the largest Real Estate company in the world, and always remains number 1. Len is a well known local around town for being a runner, a biker, two time local athlete in Iron Man Penticton, and as someone who is likely to leave his keys, wallet, or ipad at one of his favourite coffee shops. Len now also has his own vineyard which he loves to spend any extra time he has at and it has given him an even deeper insight into the valuing of vineyards and wineries in the area. For many years Len competed for the Canadian Equestrian Team in endurance racing, and won the team Gold and personal Bronze at the 1997 Pan American Equestrian Games. Now a days Len doesn't ride horses as much as he rides his bike but the retired crew of horses remains. Most of all Len's favourite things to do are spend time at his cabin at Apex with the whole family, take his grandkids skiing, help his granddaughter learn how to ride a horse, and enjoy some wine on the patio with his wife Janet.
