Below are property profiles that my buyers are currently looking for. These are qualified people that are actively pursuing real estate in your area. Please contact me, if you know of any properties that match these profiles, or would like to add your posting here.

 -Qualified Buyers looking for a larger home in the adult communities of either "The Springs" or "Sandbridge" in Penticton. (Buyer would prefer a home located on the waterway in Sandbridge.)

-Qualified Buyers looking for a 2000sqft + condo in "Cherry lane Towers" in Penticton. Would prefer a South, or West view, 7th or 8th floor, most desirable would be approx. 2400sqft. (2 bedrooms and a den)

-Qualified Buyer looking for a luxury home on Okanagan Lake in Penticton, or area. Home must have several acres of land, direct beach access, private setting, and a luxury home (or the space to build one). Preference would be on the East side of Okanagan Lake, along the Naramata Bench, no father than Indain Rock.
