Penticton Real Estate Team of Fox & Fox
We'd like to give you a bit better idea of who we are, what we're all about, and a little background information about the team that is Fox and Fox. Firstly and most importantly is that we are a family team who work together as a unit on all of our listings and sales. Anyone who has ever worked with their own family knows it creates a unique, and sometimes hard to explain, team energy that is all its own, and when done right it produces the most amazing results.
Len Fox
The team started way back in 1981 when Len, a Civil Engineer, andLen Fox REALTOR former engineer at the City of Penticton, got into Real Estate. His background in City planning and Civil Engineering has always been, and continues to be, a tremendous resource and wealth of unique knowledge that many clients over the years have reaped the benefits of. Originally a Calgary boy, Len took his degree at the University of Calgary. He then ran a cattle ranch while he worked for the City of Calgary as the Manager of Urban Development. Although he loves to visit family and old friends in Alberta, he wouldn't move back there from BC for anything. He's the first one to tell any buyers from Alberta, "spend one winter here, and you won't want to leave, spend a summer and you never will". Len's real estate career has had him see all kinds of different products, changes in the market both highs and lows, and the good the bad and the ugly of it all.

Philip Fox
Next to join the team was Philip as a Realtor in 2002 at the age of 20. Growing up in Penticton on the Naramata Bench gave Phil a real love and appreciation of outdoor sports. Like Len, he also rode horses and competed on the Canadian National Equestrian team for endurance racing, and he also did three day eventing. This passion took the family all over North America with the horse trailer in tow for some amazing experiences and awards. Phil also loves his winter sports, and Apex is the whole family's' ski mountain of choice. Starting off skiing and then in his teens switching to snowboarding, he has logged countless hours on the hill. He then began working at the Apex Mountain Shop for a few years of testing out all the latest winter equipment, living at the ski hill, and developing a love for sales and working with clients to find the right fit. Phil also worked some summers in school in construction, an experience that gave him tons of insight into the challenges and rewards faced by Buyers looking to buy raw land and build their dream home.

Diane Fox
Then in 2006, at the age of 19 Diane joined the team as a Diane Fox Realtorlicensed Realtor. Previous to taking the real estate course Diane was already working at the office since the age of 14. Starting out as the Saturday receptionist and then covering for the regular receptionist's holidays in summers, she then became the full time front reception and conveyancing secretary for RE/MAX Penticton Realty. This gave Diane a priceless background in the legal and paper work side of Real Estate, especially in Contract writing and enforceability. While taking the Real Estate course she worked for a Developer as the liaison between them and the Buyers to make custom changes and alterations to the condos while they were under construction. This on site experience in large condominium building construction gave Diane what has become an irreplaceable knowledge of development, large project marketing, and construction in general.

Our Support Staff
Of course no team can function without the help of a great support staff. In our office we have two full time assistants to help us serve our clients the best way possible. The day to day happenings in a busy Real Estate office will have even the most organized of individuals lost in a pile of paper. The behind the scenes work and effort that it takes to market a listing to its absolute best is so important. There is also so much that goes into finding a Buyer their perfect home, and then navigating them through the home inspections, legal process, and unexpected "surprises" that are inevitable when buying Real Estate in this day and age. Our behind the scenes team prefers to stay out of the spot light, but it doesn't mean we don't want to shout their praises to the world. Without Erynn and Janet in our office, and Carrie at the front reception and conveyancing, we would be three lost and sad Realtor souls. There's the old "it takes a whole village" saying, and really when it comes to the modern Real Estate industry, with all of its nuances and details, information gathering and retention, and piles and piles of paper, it really does take a whole team (our "village"). It's just another part of our commitment to our clients to do the best job possible to help them Buy and Sell Real Estate.
