Next to join the team was Philip* as a Realtor in 2002 at the age of 20. Growing up in Penticton on the Naramata Bench gave Phil* a real love and appreciation of outdoor sports. Like Len, he also rode horses and competed on the Canadian National Equestrian team for endurance racing, and he also did three day eventing. This passion took the family all over North America with the horse trailer in tow for some amazing experiences and awards. Phil* also loves his winter sports, and Apex is the whole family's' ski mountain of choice. Starting off skiing and then in his teens switching to snowboarding, he has logged countless hours on the hill. He then began working at the Apex Mountain Shop for a few years of testing out all the latest winter equipment, living at the ski hill, and developing a love for sales and working with clients to find the right fit. Phil* also worked some summers in school in construction, an experience that gave him tons of insight into the challenges and rewards faced by Buyers looking to buy raw land and build their dream home. He really enjoys new construction and a more modern feel to homes, and offers great insight for Buyers looking for that new home with all the bells and whistles. In the summers Phil* loves to golf and take his dog on hikes, but he is most often found on his boat out on the lake with friends. Married in the summer of 2013, Phil and his wife Jenn love to go wine tasting, enjoy the many great patios around the Valley, and take their dog to play frisbee. Phil* has always had a passion for history, especially European history, and all kinds of planes, and even went to aviation school and began learning how to fly.
